Why won’t my discount code work?

If your promo code won’t apply or you get an error message, check whether the following applies to you:

You’ve already used the code.
Our promo codes can only be used once, so if you’ve ever used the code in the past then it won’t work again.

The items aren’t eligible.
Discount codes cannot be used in in conjunction with an online sale, promotion or offer, sale or clearance products.

The code has been entered incorrectly.
Whoops! The codes are case sensitive so enter it exactly as it is written and try again.

The code has expired.
Some of the codes run for a limited time or expire after a set period.

If you have checked all of the above and are still having issues with the code, please send us a screenshot of your shopping cart that shows the promo code and all items in your bag. Please use the 'Contact Us' button below (info@brollysheets.com) to report the issue and attach the screenshot to your enquiry or email.

Can I use a coupon or promotional code during a sale?

Coupon or Promotional codes and other discounts cannot be used in conjunction with an online sale. Only one Coupon or Promotional code can be used per order.

For Gift with Purchase Promotions: Free gift cannot be received in conjunction with any coupon discounts. One gift per order. Gift threshold does not include freight costs. Whilst stocks last. 

For Spend and Save Promotions: $100 or $200 order threshold does not include freight costs. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Why won’t the advertised promotional pricing show up?

If you’re using a coupon code, this discounted pricing will only appear when you’re at the cart, not when you’ve added a product(s)

Once a sale has finished, can I change my order?

Orders placed during a sale cannot be added to or amended to once the sale is complete.

Bulk Buy / Multi Buy

Discount codes apply to any full priced item only and cannot be used in conjunction with bulk or multi buy items.

Discontinued Stock/Clearance Items

Our usual returns policy does not apply to Discontinued or Clearance Items, so please check all details carefully before ordering. Discontinued or clearance items cannot be returned for refund or exchanged for other products however if your items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Why have I only received part of my order?

Brolly Sheets operates 2 warehouses and we split orders between the 2 warehouses based on stock availability. This means that to complete your order, you may receive more than one package from us. Each package that we dispatch will have its own shipping confirmation, including the tracking number.

Can I change my order or contact details after it has been placed?

We start to pack your order as soon as we receive it, so we can get it on its way to you as soon as possible. This means, changes can be a bit tricky! We recommend you call us immediately so we can do our very best to make sure we catch it before it leaves the warehouse. Simply have your order number handy and give us a call.

I would like to return my order or I have changed my mind.

We know life is busy and sometimes you order the wrong size, the wrong colour or you order a product you don't actually need. Therefore, you can either return an item within 90 days of purchase, or exchange the item if you prefer with a product of equal value.

Please note that for all returns, the product will either be exchanged or refunded with a gift card of equal value. These Gift Cards have an expiry of 90 days from the date they have been issued. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please note, we need the items back in saleable (unused condition), and in their original packaging. Therefore, we can't accept exchanges where the item has been used. We do not accept returns of clearance products or underwear for hygiene reasons. Shipping is not refundable on returns. If you would like to return something for an exchange you will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions.

Products bought discounted at Baby Expos cannot be exchanged. These products are quite often “end of line".

Clearance Products

Our usual returns policy does not apply to Clearance Items, so please check all details carefully before ordering. Clearance items can not be returned for refund or exchanged for other products, however if your clearance items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

My order arrived incomplete or damaged

We’re sorry to hear this! Luckily for us, it doesn’t happen very often. Send us an email, telling us what you ordered, your order number and we‘ll get this sorted for you ASAP!

My order never arrived

Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number.  If that doesn’t work, send us an email, telling us what you ordered, your order number and we’ll get right onto tracking it down for you.

What’s the difference between the girl and boy night training pants?

We have different designs for boys and girls to give protection where it is needed the most. If you’re adding a booster pad for extra protection, please place the pad in the middle of the underwear for girls and for boys have most of the pad up the front.

What size of Brolly Sheet should I buy?

A king single (NZ/AU/UK) / twin (USA) is our most popular size as it fits a toddler bed (just wrap around or use head to toe), a single (twin) bed and a king single (twin XL) bed.  Because we have so many sizes, it is easy to choose the one to best fit your bed.

If you have an extra wriggle child, the next size up will give you extra “tuck in”.   

Please note: Our cot size is for newborns that are very spilly or suffer from leaky nappies.  Once they start to move in the cot, remove and use as a change mat.  If you have a cot toddler bed, you can buy a single or king single bed size and wrap it around the mattress. The cot size Brolly Sheet is too small for a toddler / child.

How do I use a Brolly Sheet?

Just place your Brolly Sheet on top of the fitted sheet and tuck the wings in under the mattress to hold in place. The quilted side is the upper surface to be slept on.

Please wash prior to use as this will soften the fabric and increase the absorbency. Simply throw in the machine and then in the dryer or on the line. Please note, hot wash and dry may melt the waterproofing, so we recommend using cold or warm temperatures. Please wash with regular washing detergent only (no fabric softener or bleach) as this may damage the waterproofing.

How do I wash my Brolly Sheet?

Brolly Sheets are designed to be easy to change and easy to wash.  Just pop in the wash with like colours and wash with cold or warm water. No soaking is needed. You can tumble dry on a low heat.

How absorbent are Brolly Sheets?

Our Brolly Sheets are used for kids and adults alike, so they are super absorbent.  They hold 2 litres / ½ a gallon of liquid, which is more than enough for kids and most adults.

Why do my duvet inner slides around?

Keep in mind that because the inside surface is waterproof, it is slippery. Many of our customers pin the corners to their duvet to hold it in place. I know, it can be a hassle, but it is easier to unpin 4 (or 6) pins than to wash most duvets. Use nappy pins if you are worried about them coming undone.

If you are changing the protector every night, we recommend that you leave your printed outer cover off the inner and use lay flat on top. Then you are just changing the protector, not the outer cover.

Is your sleeping bag liner absorbent?

Our kids sleeping bag liners are designed to be waterproof, however unlike Brolly Sheets they are not designed for absorbency. They are more like a traditional sleeping bag liner with the added protection of being waterproof. 

We recommend washing the liner before use; this will soften the fabric and aid with the waterproofing.

Do you have a guarantee on products?

We sure do! Your satisfaction is our priority. Brolly Sheets is so confident of the quality of our products we offer a 12-month guarantee on all products- with the exception of our Bed Wetting Alarms which are guaranteed for 6 months and our Snazzipants nappies which are guaranteed for 90 days

The guarantee starts on the day you purchase our products.

In the rare instance you are dissatisfied with a product or the product is faulty (equally rare), get in touch with us and we will get you sorted!

At what age do I start toilet training?

When it comes to potty training, like walking, talking, and sleeping soundly all night long there is no set time or age that it best for everyone and every child’s timing is different. 

Girls commonly start showing interest around two years old or two and a half years, while boys tend to show interest in potty training a bit later. But there are always exceptions!

The price for the goods will be as stipulated on the website at the time when you place your order. For as long as you are registered with us we will hold some of your personal details on our computer system.

If Brolly Sheets is unable to contact the winner of a prize within 7 days, after making reasonable attempts via the contact information provided, a new winner will be drawn and the previous winner will no have rights to the prize.  No negotiation will be entered into.

Newsletter Sign Up Competition

By entering our competitions you are agreeing to sign up to our newsletter list.  You need to be subscribed when the winner is drawn and can unsubscribe at any time.  The winner is drawn at random.  Prizes cannot be transferred for cash or exchanged. The winner will be emailed and recorded on our website.  You will have 5 business days to confirm you are the winner, after that the prize may be redrawn.  No correspondence will be entered into once the winners are announced our site. 

Winners are drawn once every three months (once per quarter) randomly from those subscribers who have joined our mailing list. Winners will be notified via email and provided with a voucher code for the relevant website which they signed up through.
