Shipping and Delivery Policy 

 Thank you for visiting and shopping at Brolly Sheets!  

We are an online only store with warehouses both in Australia and New Zealand. Depending on stock levels in our warehouses, we could ship items in your order from both our Australian and New Zealand warehouses. If we ship your order from both warehouses, each shipment will have it’s own tracking confirmation and tracking number. 

Order processing 

Once your order is received you will receive an order confirmation email 

All orders received Monday to Friday before 11am are typically processed and dispatched the same day.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders due to sales periods or after a long weekend, order processing may be delayed by one business day.

*Delivery surcharge to some regions:
We’ve introduced a small $2–$4 regional surcharge due to a 39% increase in courier costs. We’re still covering most of the increase ourselves.  We are hoping this will be temporary.
A flat rate delivery fee of $9.95 applies to most orders. A regional surcharge is applied to certain locations to cover higher transport costs.

Please note that if your order is split (and therefore shipped from both our Australian and New Zealand warehouse) you only get charged one shipping rate. 


Delivery times 

Orders from our Australian warehouse take 1-4 business days to be delivered and orders from our New Zealand warehouse can take 3-6 days to be delivered. Rural addresses may take an extra day.  

Our courier partners are Team Global Express and AU Post and we use their ‘non-signature required service as our standard service. This means the courier will leave your order in a safe place. If there is no safe place to leave your order, the courier will leave a card so you can arrange re-delivery.  

We can deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers. 

 

Tracking of order  

Once your order is picked, packed and awaiting collection by our courier, you will receive a second confirmation email which includes all necessary details to track your order. If your order is split, you will receive two email confirmations.
