This Rain Coat (Poncjo) is wet weather resistance. One thing I would change is; I use a motorised wheelchair the front just cover my feet on the footplate but if/when there a gust of wing my legs are exposed and therefore will get wet but you put an elastic band around the front edge which then be secured under the front foot-plates. No more, wet legs or feet when a gust of wind sweeps by. Cheers Rus
