A soft cotton-elastane outer and multi-layer waterproof gusset hold up to 300ml, while an integrated internal sling adds support and shaping and speeds up dry time between washes. The no-side-seam construction cuts down on friction, and the wide waistband stays comfortable over long days or overnight use.
The internal sling does the heavy lifting, holding the absorbent pad in place through movement so there's no shifting or bunching — a common failure point with standard pad-and-underwear combinations. Layered beneath it, a wicking fabric, microfibre towelling and fleece pad, and a TPU waterproof layer manage the full 300ml capacity without adding visible bulk.
It's washable and reusable, making it a genuine long-term alternative to disposables for men managing heavy leakage. Available in Denim and Black, Small through to 3XL, measured at the waist.

If you've ordered the wrong size or colour, you can return or exchange within 90 days. Change-of-mind returns are issued as a gift card (valid for 3 years). For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if unused, with swing tags attached, and in original packaging. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
