My son has been fully toilet trained for nearly 2 years, he is 4.5 years old. But he always holds it until he is busting and sometimes has accidents still as he gets to the toilet, or he pees everywhere. This watch has worked perfectly. We’ve only been using it for 2 days and I’m not sure if the excitement will wear off soon, but he is excited for it to tell him to go to the toilet. Even when he’s playing.
Easy instructions and easy to set up. We did struggle to set the time, but then turned the watch off and on again and then we were able to set it. The screen does stick out a bit, so just in one day of use it has gotten scratches. Maybe offer a screen protector to purchase?

It sounds like such a positive shift already, especially with him actually wanting to go when the reminder comes in. That excitement can make a huge difference at this stage.
Really appreciate you sharing the honest feedback too. Good tip on restarting the watch to set the time and we hear you on the screen. A protector is a great idea and we will definitely pass that on to the team.

Watch works fine, but the instructions (2 separate instructions provided) were hard to follow. Once finally set up, it has been good, but my son still does not want to wear it as I thought he would have. The idea of it is fantastic though, I only wish it would be more helpful for our own journey.

Every child’s journey is different, so it is completely normal if he is still getting used to wearing it. We hope with a bit more time it becomes a more helpful part of your routine.

Recently bought this and realised a few hours later I'd accidentally purchased the wrong colour! Luckily I let them know in time, and the team were happy to help and ensured I received the right colour. It arrived fast and my child has been using it. It's a simple product with no games or special features, but is working as intended and the alarms seem to be effective.
